For clients utilizing insurance

To help our clients understand their benefits, we are partnered with a third-party billing company, Bridgeway Billing, a premier behavioral healthcare billing company. Bridgeway specializes in ensuring individuals seeking treatment for behavioral and mental health, and substance abuse issues, maximize their benefits. Upon inquiring about admission to one of our programs, you will be given detailed instructions on how to contact Bridgeway Billing for your verification of benefits.

For clients paying out of pocket

Intensive Outpatient Program

In Balance’s Intensive Outpatient Program’s total cost is $5,000. This includes the $200 fee for the initial assessment and 30 groups. This fee also encompasses the cost of 3 random drug tests given throughout the program. When broken down by group, each 3-hour session is $160. You can discuss your payment options with our billing administrator when you come in for your initial assessment.

The cost of the program includes all of the fees of the recreational/experiential-based therapy. It also includes the lab testing as well as the graduation ceremony incentives, snacks, and sodas each night in the program as well as dinner once a week. It also includes the aftercare component for nine months. This program is paid in full or partially by most insurance companies. Please check with our office regarding the cost of the program and how to determine whether your insurance covers the fees.

Individual Counseling Services

In Balance Individual Counseling sessions are $125 per session. Each client will have an initial assessment prior to any individual sessions taking place and the out-of-pocket expense for that assessment is $300. Individual counseling sessions are paid in full or partially by most insurance companies. Please check with our office regarding the cost of the program and how to determine whether your insurance covers the fees.
